Option 2:  This option will install RinkWriter^® into your computer's "Program Files" folder which is located on your computer's C: Drive.  If you are installing RinkWriter^® as an update, you may prefer to use Option 1 because the necessary files may already be available on your computer.

Downloading RinkWriter^® (Option 2):

This option provides RinkWriter^® with the necessary "setup" file.

• "Browse" and "Save" the "RW_10Demo_Package" to your desktop.
• This zipped folder contains a "setup" file.
• Open the "RW_10Demo_Package" and run the "setup". 

Running the "setup" should automatically install RinkWriter^® into the "Program Files" folder on your C: drive.  A "RinkWriter" folder along with all of its files will be created within your "Program Files" folder.

From inside of the Program Files/RinkWriter folder, you may wish to create a shortcut for the "RW10Demo.exe" file for your desktop.

Create a Shortcut:

From inside of the Program Files/RinkWriter folder which now contains the  "RW10Demo.exe" file, right-click on it and create a shortcut for your desktop.   Run "RW10Demo.exe" from your new desktop shortcut icon.  Shortcut names may be changed.

Running RinkWriter^®:

For your convenience, RinkWriter^® has been set up with two fictitious boys' high school teams (Moose River & Wolfe Lake Falls).  

Practice using RinkWriter^® by creating fictitious scoresheets with the two preinstalled teams.  You may add and save additional teams and rosters.

Deleting the RinkWriter^® Demo :

For Option 1: Delete the "RinkWriter" folder from your desktop and the delete the "RW Game Stats" folder from your C: Drive.

For Option 2:  From your Control Panel, use the "Add and Remove Programs" procedure, and delete the "RW Game Stats" folder from your C: Drive.
